Dear Parents/Carers, At the end of this academic year, we can look back on many successes and fun memories. It continues to be a privilege for me to see the children grow, mature and shine in so many different ways. Whether this is academically, through the arts and performance, or just from the genuine kindness the children show to each other. I feel blessed to be in a position where I get to see these moments every day as part of school life. I hope you feel very proud of your children, too. For our Y6 leavers, we wish you all the best for the future and hope you will revisit us in years to come. As we break for the summer, please stay safe and stay happy. Stranger DangerWe know that many of your children will be playing out over the summer, so please take the opportunity to remind them about 'Stranger Danger'. As we live in a city, it is always a good idea to have someone responsible who can see and supervise the children appropriately if possible. If your child does play out, there are some helpful suggestions below:

Staffing: Farewell: This year we will be saying farewell to Ms Reading who will be leaving us to take up a Deputy Headship in a new school. We congratulate her on her promotion. We are also saying goodbye to our temporary staff – Ms Ashraf, Mr Hill, Ms Dirieh, Ms Ahmed and Ms Batool. We will miss them all and wish them the best for the future. Welcome: Next academic year we be welcoming Ms Abdulkadir who will be the new teacher in 4 Brazil & Ms Qadar who will be the new teacher in 5 France. Ms Abubakar, who has taught at our school before, will also be leading 5 Portugal until Mrs Reily is well enough to return.

School Lunches As you are aware we are changing our lunch provider from next academic year to Aspens, an established catering company known for offering healthy, balanced, and delicious meals tailored for schools. The cost of school lunches for paid pupils will be £2.80 per day. This change will take effect from the first day back after the holidays. Please note that children in Reception, Year 1, and Year 2 will continue to receive free school meals under the Universal Infant Free School Meals scheme. If you have any questions or concerns regarding school meals or payments, please do not hesitate to contact the office. |

School Recycling We sincerely appreciate your generous donations of clothes and other items in our recycling bin. Your support not only helps the environment but also directly benefits our school — we receive donations that contribute toward valuable resources for our students and classrooms.
